### **Issue Summary**

A specific high-quality animated GIF file consistently gets stuck in the processing phase, returning the error message: **“The asset is currently being prepared.”** The file never completes processing and cannot be served.

GIF length: 4.9 second(s)  
GIF width/height: 1920×1080 pixels  
number of frames: 49  
number of colors: 256  
loop count: 0 (endless)

Please check the multi-frame file limits here - [Pricing plans | ImageKit.io](https://imagekit.io/plans/) (under the detailed plan comparison) and see that your file resolution (single frame resolution multiplied by number of frames) is within the limits. Also, if possible, share the GIF image URL with us for further investigation.
