ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED on Chrome Beta & Chrome Dev

Loading PDFs hosted with ImageKit is failing for me with Chrome Beta (137.0.7151.27 (Official Build) beta (arm64)) & Chrome Dev (138.0.7180.2 (Official Build) dev (arm64)) on macOS. I see ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED.

Other browsers that I have looked at are fine: stable Chrome (136.0.7103.114 (Official Build) (arm64)), Safari, Firefox.

Does anybody know, if Chrome is cooking up something that will break the display of PDFs from ImageKit in the near future or whether this is a bug in Chrome Beta & Chrome Dev?

This looks like a possible issue in Chromium with the specific version as others have also reported the same
