I get this message Video transformation usage exceeded free plan limits. I have upgraded to paid but still see this message. Kindly help.

First of all apologies for the confusing error message since you are on a paid plan. We are fixing the correct message.
But, if you upgraded to the Lite plan, it only includes a small number of Video processing units as well. The Lite plan is primarily for image delivery, optimization and transformation.
The Pro plan will be the right plan for video processing.
