Account Recovery / Username Release Request

Hello ImageKit Team and Community Members,

I am facing an issue regarding my old ImageKit account and need assistance.

Problem Details:

I previously had an ImageKit account registered with my email address.

Accidentally, I have deleted the prev ImageKit account.

As suggested in the support response, I tried creating a new ImageKit account with a new email.

However, when I attempt to use a new email to create the account with the same username, the system shows an error like: “Please change the Username” / “Use another Username”

Although I used the free version of the Imagekit

It seems that my old username is still reserved in the system.

What I Need:

Help with account recovery verification, OR

Release of my old username so I can create a new account using the same credentials.

I am willing to provide any necessary verification details (old username, project details, etc) to prove account ownership.

Please guide me on the proper steps to resolve this issue.

I would appreciate assistance from a human support agent if possible.

Please use a new username for the account for it to work across all systems correctly.
