How do I change the email address associated with my ImageKit account?

I am leaving the org and want to transfer the ownership to another account

To update the email address associated with your ImageKit account, please follow these steps:

  • Add the New Email Address as a User: Sign in to your ImageKit dashboard and go to the User Management section. Click on Add User, then enter the new email address you want to use.
  • Assign an Appropriate Role: During the setup, you’ll be prompted to assign a role to the new user based on their responsibilities. For details on available roles and their permissions, refer to ImageKit’s user roles documentation.
  • Activate the New User Account: An invitation email will be sent to the new address. Follow the link in the email to set a password and activate the account.
  • Remove the Previous Email Address: Once you’ve confirmed that the new account is active and able to log in, return to the User Management section and remove the old user from the account.
