How do I cancel my ImageKit subscription?

I want to downgrade to the free plan

To proceed with downgrading your ImageKit account to the free plan, you must first ensure that all of the following conditions are met.

  • No Pending Invoices: Ensure that all invoices have been paid. You can check and manage your invoices by visiting the Invoices section of your ImageKit dashboard.
  • Usage Within Free Plan Limits: Your current usage (Bandwidth, Storage etc) must be within the free plan’s allowances. Review the inclusion present in the free plan here.
  • No URL Tracking in Performance Center: ImageKit’s Performance Center should not be tracking any URLs, as this feature is unavailable on the free plan. Remove any tests that are setup by going to the performance center section of your ImageKit account.
  • No Custom Domain Mappings: Get any custom domains mapped to your ImageKit URLs. For assistance with Custom domain removal, contact our support team at support@imagekit.io.
