When holding down the command key on a mac computer and left clicking mouse on a bunch of images it will bomb out sometimes after selecting 9 images or 20, 30 or 40 some images and deselect them all and you have to start all over again and it does the same thing over and over again. It has this same issue when selecting all images and holding down command key and deselecting a bunch of images. This needs to be fixed ASAP as it is super annoying and totally defeats the purpose of paying for a DAM as Dropbox has no issues doing this.

We are actually launching the new user interface of the Media Library very soon (in November itself), that should address issues, if any, related to file selection and navigation.
In the meanwhile, you can also drag to draw a rectangle and select files in one go. That is usually faster. Clicking on the empty area between the files will deselect all, so you should carefully click on the asset thumbnail.

No empty area was clicked when holding down the command key and left clicking images in the video I sent your support team.
Drag and draw??? How do you drag and draw to select images across multiple rows and you have to scroll down to select more images. You run into the same exact issue….it will bug out and deselect images when holding down the command key to pick and choose files you wan to bulk add a tag to.
What date in November will this new interface be released that resolves this bug?
