Hello,
We are on an ImageKit Paid plan and have a problem resizing a specific image that is not very large but has a high dpi (which might be the issue). Can someone please give us a hint as to what the problem is?
Original image URL: https://d37dhr5745n0y2.cloudfront.net/f/ad/be/fadbe732c5ead1d73c0ef4484babd56878e08d59_904936773.jpg
width: 9921 px
height: 14031 px
dpi: 1200
size: 12.8 MB
When we try to execute the transformation e.g. like:
https://ik.imagekit.io/guidle/tr:w-150,h-150,fo-center,c-at_max/f/ad/be/fadbe732c5ead1d73c0ef4484babd56878e08d59_904936773.jpg
we get HTTP 400 Bad request.
Are we hitting some limit here or there is an internal problem?
Thank you!
You might be exceeding the Megapixel limit of the input image. You can see the ik-error response header to see the exact error.
Currently both input and output should be under the megapixel limit of the account. We are working on a feature to allow downsizing the final output image even when the input exceeds the limit.
OK, thank you for the reply. I see in the response headers:
ik-error
