Some of the images start giving “bad request” responses, but those images are clearly there. For example,
https://ik.imagekit.io/wavelet/2019-FaroeIsland/tr:n-blogs_w/_90A2526-Edit.jpg
https://ik.imagekit.io/wavelet/2019-FaroeIsland/tr:n-blogs_h/_90A2588.jpg
at the same time, some other images are OK,
I set the images to private so only the URL with transformation (tr:n-blogs_w) can be exposed.
Could you help look into this?
the ik-error header is like this,
ik-error: ELIMIT - Exceeds image resolution limit of 25.0 MP
What is the resolution limit of 25MP, 25M pixels? This seems to be a limit recently added, because it was OK when the images were added. I don’t see this limit in the price plan.
The 25MP limit refers to the megapixel limit (width x height) for an image.
The limit has always been the same for free plans.
We will roll out an update in the future that will place this limit on the output resolution instead of the input resolution, so that you can still deliver smaller sized images.
We’re seeing the same on all of our images above 25 MP. They were previously loading fine but now give the same error “ik-error: ELIMIT - Exceeds image resolution limit of 25.0 MP”.
